Senior Director, Global Sales Development

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development leader who can help support the rapid growth of our enterprise business. We currently serve a global market of organizations from medium to large enterprise verticals. This role will report directly to our SVP of Marketing.


The ideal person for this role will have experience managing a diverse SDR organization from resource and quota planning to team development and performance management. We have a high-performing team in place and are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and take the team to the next level. Your partners will be sales, marketing, and operations as you collectively develop and implement GTM strategies for existing and new markets. 


You must be willing to work out of our Santa Clara office 3 days a week and travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a global SDR organization to achieve quarterly and annual pipeline goals.
  • Lead global hiring, training, and career development strategies to inspire a high-performing team.
  • Partner with operations to drive forecasting, HC planning, and performance tracking.
  • Manage the playbook to drive SDR consistency and implement new technologies, processes, and outreach strategies to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop effective end-to-end strategies for inbound, outbound, and new market entry.


About You:
  • 5+ years of SDR management experience including global experience
  • 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS experience managing and developing managers as well as new-to-sales SDRs
  • Proven success scaling Global SDR teams in a complex multi-product sales environment
  • Data-driven and able to identify gaps and opportunities to improve the pipeline in the day-to-day for the team
  • Able to effectively partner with sales and marketing leaders to develop and coordinate Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Proficiency in leveraging sales tools like Gong, Outreach, etc., to monitor and drive performance. 
  • Hands-on approach to nurturing and developing sales development talent.
