We are looking for a program manager who will help build, manage, and drive a variety of projects and programs in partnership with the SVP, colleagues, and teams across the organization. Reporting to the SVP Marketing, the program director will drive forward initiatives by creating streamlined processes, communicating consistently and frequently, building trust across the organization, prioritizing areas for investment, and assisting in achieving success. This is an important role and critical for us to continue scaling to match our growth. You are passionate about continuous process improvements, program and change management, and are excited about being part of both transformation and innovation.
Responsibilities
  • Work cross functionally to develop and cultivate relationships with product marketing, product management, demand gen & digital, brand marketing, and enablement/ops teams. Serve as a marketing liaison for the cross-functional teams
  • Identify, create, oversee, and improve critical marketing processes, programs, and planning activities along with other strategic operational initiatives. Document these processes to drive awareness and adherence to processes and SLAs
  • Help develop and maintain processes for key product launches and GTM initiatives. Help execute global integrated marketing/GTM programs
  • Set and track project progress against goals. Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to help drive execution of the marketing strategy to meet/exceed pipeline, revenue, and awareness targets. Track, measure, and analyze all projects across martech apps to report on outcomes
  • Meet with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify project briefs & plans, document specific requirements, establish ownership (RACI/DACI methodology) and build project timelines
  • Assist with driving the team’s internal communications around the marketing team (Teams), team meetings, offsites, and budgeting and planning
  • As a trusted advisor to SVP marketing, serve as representative to the marketing in various meetings as appropriate, advise on confidential matters and maintain a high level of discretion, support team’s professional development
  • Be the glue that keeps people and projects running smoothly. Provide ongoing communication to project stakeholders
Requirements
  • 8-12 years in various functions of software marketing, including 3-5 years as a project or program manager in a fast-paced and high-scale environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent B2B software experience
  • Must have a collaborative style, be able to help drive critical changes across the organization to drive successful outcomes. Ability to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously, professionally, and empathetically
  • Experience working cross-functionally with several different teams, contractors, and agencies, across geographies. Ability to influence all levels
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage multiple projects with many collaborators and moving parts. Detail oriented with the ability to manage critical projects and deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking skills to anticipate problems, provide creative solutions, and manage the potential for constant change. A love for creating order out of chaos
  • Understanding of marketing KPIs, demand generation tactics, integrated campaigns, and sales outreach and enablement concepts, and industry best practices
  • Highly creative and an excellent writer and communicator but can also be process-driven, think scale, and operationalize programs
  • Experience with project management and martech apps such as Asana, Marketo, and Salesforce
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and data-driven

Annual Salary Guidelines: $175,000 - $205,000
