Director of FP&A

We are looking for a Director of FP&A to lead and build out our FP&A function as the company continues to grow and scale. This role reports to the VP of Finance, and is responsible for managing the company’s reporting, forecasting, and driving both short- and long-term planning. The position will have unique visibility across the organization, and serve as the key liaison between multiple departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire financial planning and ongoing reporting processes including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly forecast cycle, and 3-year financial plan
• Establish a monthly/quarterly reporting package, and lead the preparation of presentation materials for the Executive team, Board, and Investors
• Provide visibility and drive accountability for the financial performance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other operating metrics
• Build financial models to support strategic decision-making for various projects, including investment allocations, pricing and profitability
• Partner closely with Accounting on the monthly close process, and other key finance elements to maintain and improve predictability of financial results
• Provide financial leadership to both Go-To-Market (GTM) and Product/R&D executives to shape overall strategy and business direction through direct partnership with the leaders and their respective teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of FP&A experience, with an emphasis on financial modeling and budgeting
• MBA preferred, with required BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
• Strategic thinker, with a detail- and process-oriented way of working
• Excellent presentation skills, with the proven ability to work across varying levels to solve problems and achieve results
• Ability to take ownership of fast-paced projects, with rapidly changing priorities
• Extensive experience with ERP, planning and CRM systems
