Outbrain is seeking an ambitious, data savvy, relationship-driven, and business minded Director of Global Revenue Operations. You will empower Outbrain's revenue leadership teams to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. You bring unification to how we measure the business, the processes we use and the incentives we use. Your team will execute on efforts that are cross functional including planning, forecasting and goal setting.
The ideal candidate is analytical and an enthusiastic self-starter who is ready to dive in, identify opportunities for improvement, and make an impact. We are looking for a resourceful, bright, proactive, leader, who works well independently and as part of a team in a sometimes ambiguous environment across many time zones. You will work closely with other leaders of the Revenue Operations team and report directly to the SVP, Global Revenue Operations.

The annual pay range for this position is $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for an equity package, as well as our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Outbrain's total rewards package.
