The Director of Government Programs is responsible for developing and managing multiple programs and business development opportunities within the Government (MA, Part-D, Dual Eligibles, SNP, Medicaid, etc.) segments of Pager's Health Plan clients. This role will be responsible for identifying and leading new business strategies and initiatives to meet the needs of our clients and their members. These strategies will impact Government Programs product planning and development, new business ventures, and market expansion. This is also a client-facing role that will partner with clients at various levels, including C-suite executives. This role will report to our VP of Strategy and Business Development.

For Colorado, Nevada, and New York-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the pay range for this position is $135,000 to $185,000 plus bonus eligibility. The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, and New York.
