Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting a territory of offices and managing field employees, including Regional Managers and Office Managers.
Provide outstanding leadership for a geographically dispersed team, partner with our recruiting department for key office positions, and implement training and cross training to strengthen service offerings. You will be responsible for developing a high level of excellence with the administrative and operations staff of your supported offices.
Drive a strong culture and environment that will support and enable all team members to be successful. You will foster accountability, teamwork and mutual trust and respect for all team members through mentoring and coaching activities.
Must have a passion for customer service and satisfaction. You will work with team members to ensure that patients of your supported offices are highly satisfied with their experiences.
Full P&L Responsibility for the territory
Proven ability to improve retail business processes, methods, quality, and decision-making to achieve meaningful, measurable improvements.
Other related functions as requested by leadership
Performing all other duties assigned to support your Market

Qualifications:

A welcoming smile and positive attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
The desire and ability to connect with and serve guests
Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
5 -7 years progressive experience managing within a multi-unit DSO organization
Dental Experience Required
Knowledge of dental insurance plans and dental terminology is a must
Strong familiarity and expertise presenting patient treatment plans and financial arrangements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Eaglesoft experience is a plus
