Director of Sales

About the Role

This is a unique leadership opportunity to join a hyper-growth startup in scaling our go-to-market function. We’re in search of a Director of Sales who will be responsible for leading and growing a business segment. You will have ownership over revenue outcomes, GTM strategy, sales culture, hiring, and talent development. You will work directly with our VP, Sales to scale your segment at over 100% per year. 

We’re looking for a leader who creates a high-trust environment, while holding a high performance bar. Someone who grants autonomy, but can go deep when it’s needed. At Lattice, we go fast and our leadership team is held to the highest standards. This role is for you if you’re looking to be a part of something world-class and to win in style. 

Responsibilities

  • Participate in and evolve a culture of trust and high performance
  • Achieve and accurately forecast revenue targets
  • Act as the executive sponsor to assist in closing high value deals
  • Develop and grow front line managers as leaders and people
  • Scale your account executive team with excellent hiring and coaching practices 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • 2+ years of 2nd line leadership experience
  • Track record of achieving over 100% of revenue targets
  • Experience leading a team to generate outbound pipeline
  • Experience developing a strategy for others to work a territory
  • Examples of developing front line sales leaders
  • Experience >doubling headcount while hiring bar raisers
  • Track record of improving productivity and efficiency while growing fast
