As Director of Sales Operations & Training, your primary responsibilities include leading the sales operation function and training programs, as well as managing all sales tools and systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage operational function of the sales teams in VIP & Retail, including owning and managing sales tools and systems and closely liaise with tech and product teams to ensure ideal integration
  • Lead and develop sales training programs including onboarding and product knowledge
  • Oversee VIP & Retail budget management, working closely with EVP and the Finance team
  • Lead and develop retail operations in collaboration with Director of Retail, and managing Retail Operations Manager
  • Partner with the data team to understand sales performance and trends as it relates to efficiency and efficacy of sales tools, systems and training programs
