As Director of Sales Operations & Training, your primary responsibilities include leading the sales operation function and training programs, as well as managing all sales tools and systems.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage operational function of the sales teams in VIP & Retail, including owning and managing sales tools and systems and closely liaise with tech and product teams to ensure ideal integration
Lead and develop sales training programs including onboarding and product knowledge
Oversee VIP & Retail budget management, working closely with EVP and the Finance team
Lead and develop retail operations in collaboration with Director of Retail, and managing Retail Operations Manager
Partner with the data team to understand sales performance and trends as it relates to efficiency and efficacy of sales tools, systems and training programs
