Overview:
THE ROLE:
The Director of Product Activation will own the development and implementation of strategies to successfully bring Digital products to market and ensure scaled adoption. This position leads a team working at the intersection of product leaders and business partners to develop and implement plans including UAT, training, driving product awareness, user engagement, and loyalty. The position requires a strong background in product marketing, extensive experience in change management and product launch strategies, as well as a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

Develop and implement the product activation strategy for the company's Digital products.

Collaborate with regional digital offices, sales, and customer success teams to ensure launch readiness including planning calendars and develop go-to-market training materials.

Build and maintain relationships with team members, including senior executives, project managers, and subject matter authorities, to ensure alignment and consensus for change initiatives.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and supervise product launches, including defining product positioning, and identifying target audiences.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and user acquisition.

Capture feedback from markets and cross-functional partners to provide product team with insight to support prioritizing the roadmap.

Analyze user data to find opportunities to improve user adoption, retention, and happiness.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Develop and implement marketing and communications plans to support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts, including developing messaging, coordinating marketing campaigns, and handling budgets.

Lead a team of product activation specialists to complete the product activation strategy with 2-3 directs.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

10 plus years of proven experience in product marketing, customer acquisition, or customer engagement roles

5 years proven track record to lead a team

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Consumer and data-driven mentality

Experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools?

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
