The Cloud Security Platform brings speed and scale to your security organization. Datadog Cloud Security Platform delivers real-time threat-detection and continuous configuration audits across applications, hosts, containers, and cloud infrastructure. Built on top of the observability platform, Datadog brings unprecedented integration between security and devops aligned to shared organizational goals. Current products include:

• Application Security (AppSec): End-to-end application security monitoring and protection.
• Cloud SIEM: Real-time threat detection across operational and security logs.
• Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM): Continuous scanning for misconfigurations across cloud accounts, hosts, and containers. 
• Cloud Workload Security (CWS): Real-time eBPF-powered threat detection across your hosts and containers.

The Opportunity:

Datadog Application Security is the newest product of the Cloud Security Platform - resurfaced from our recent Sqreen acquisition. As a head of Product Management you will be responsible - with your team - for the continuous success of the product, its adoption at scale, and its strategic roadmap. You will also collaborate with the majority of other Datadog product teams and contribute to the entire Datadog security ecosystem. 

Your mission is to help our customers better understand the threats targeting their web applications, identify potential vulnerabilities, and prioritize their security efforts for the millions of hosts Datadog is already monitoring today in production.

You Will: 

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers and market
• Engage with leading security teams to identify new opportunities and extract valuable product feedback
• Partner with our product leaders across Security, APM, and Logs to derive security signals from observability data
• Work with world-class Product and Engineering teams to develop and evangelize product priorities and roadmaps that inspire our teams’ best work and deliver real value 
• Partner with other product teams to ensure the Application Security ecosystem and integrations continue to meet and exceed customer expectations 
• Manage and grow both manager and IC PMs, ensuring they’re happy, motivated, and delivering high quality work
• Source candidates and help us grow the Product Management team
• Support and empower the Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Solutions teams to ensure the broadest reach and the best possible customer experience
• Contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration across the department and broader organization
• Raise the bar of PM leadership

You Are:

• An experienced leader in Product Management, ideally at a SaaS company with strong sense of Infrastructure monitoring and an obsession with solving customer problems to grow the business
• You have either worked as an engineer previously or have extensive technical knowledge to be able to discuss technical concepts with customers and internally
• You have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• You are customer-minded with a high quality standard for the product to be delivered

• You already have designed or contributed to security products (or you love them!)
• You have domain expertise in application security or security operations or first-hand experience working in that field.
