Display and Installation Associate

The Stock Associate (Display and Installation Associate) helps the store Visual Merchandiser create the overall look and feel of store environments. Under the direction of the Visual Merchandiser, they help create environments that bring the Arteriors brand to life through in-store execution of luxury lighting and furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensures all visual initiatives align with overall store brand strategy
Under the assistance of the Visual Merchandiser/Store Manager, will assemble, install and maintain all chandeliers, pendants, wall sconces, mirrors, and furniture with weekly new arrivals
Maintaining overall store appearance within execution areas as well as patch/paint/repair of walls as needed
Supports truck deliveries by unboxing, unloading, and processing products from door to floor environment
Greeting and directing customers to sales support
Safely assist customers in loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles.
Attends meetings as applicable with the Sales team to understand and respond to visual merchandising changes needed to support business needs and drive sales
Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working safely, effectively, and respectfully with all sales associates and team members to drive overall sales.

You have the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. and climb tall ladders
You're available to work Tues/Thurs 8:00-4:00, Wed/Fri/Sat 9:00-5:00
You're willing to commute to both our Plano and Dallas Outlet Store locations, mileage paid
You are a strong problem-solver with a track record for being proactive and solutions driven.
You are able to manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency and achieve timely, accurate results
You have an ability to work autonomously while still being highly collaborative.
You have excellent teamwork, communication, and organization skills.
You thrive on a fast paced environment that will continually challenge you.
You find yourself fired up by wanting to understand what other companies are doing digitally to entice their customer base.
You are curious about how you can help utilize digital analytics to better serve our customers.
