About the Opportunity:• Building/construction company• Located in Kinston, NC• On-site• Right-hand person to CFO• Growth potentialBenefits:• 401(k) matching• Health insurance• Paid time offResponsibilities:• Bookkeeping duties including accounts receivable/accounts payable/payroll/collections• Compile monthly and quarterly financial statements for multiple entities.• Utilize our inventory program to track building/container billing, deliveries and pickups.• Administrative duties as required including applications/correspondence for federal and state certifications, permits, insurance, etc.• Oversee and assist other accounting staff with various duties as outlined above.Qualifications:• 4+ years of accounting experience• QuickBooks preferred• Strong Excel skillsDexian is an equal opportunity employer.
