The idea cadidate will have a strog backgroud i agile methodologies, excellet commuicatio skills to egage with both iteral teams ad exteral vedors, ad the techical acume to dive ito the details ad remove blockers to esure team success.Key Resposibilities:Agile Facilitatio:? Lead daily stad-ups, sprit plaig, retrospective, ad other agile ceremoies for both teams.? Esure adherece to agile priciples ad practices, ad act as a coach to cotiuously improve team performace ad efficiecy.Commuicatio & Collaboratio:? Serve as a primary poit of cotact for cross-team commuicatio, esurig aligmet betwee agile teams, auxiliary groups & eterprise iitiatives.? Facilitate commuicatio with exteral vedors, esurig that requiremets are clearly uderstood ad deliverables met.Techical Support? Work closely with the teams to uderstad the techical uaces of their work ad work with eterprise teams to support them or remove blockers impedig progress.Stakeholder Maagemet:? Collaborate with Product Owers, Project Maagers ad other stakeholders to esure that the team's work aligs with busiess objectives.? Provide regular updates to leadership o team progress risks ad depedecies.Cotiuous Improvemet:? Idetify ad implemet process improvemets to ehace the team's agility, productivity ad overall effectiveess.? Promote a culture of cotiuous learig ad adaptatio.Qualificatios:? Bachelors degree i Computer Sciece, IT or related field? 5+ years of experiece as a scrum master i a techology drive eviromet, with experiece i the fiacial services idustry? Ideally a uderstadig of frot office tradig (ideally FX) ad data maagemet? Demostrated ability to work with exteral vedors ad maage complex, multi-team projects? Excellet commuicatio ad iterpersoal skills, with the ability to egage a ifluece stakeholders at all levels? Techical proficiecy i uderstadig software developmet processes?
