Sr. BI Developer

Location:- Charlotte, NC, RemoteJob Responsibilities• Strong hands-on experience in Tableau development• Hands-on experience in Power BI development• Strong hands-on experience in Tableau to Power BI report migration• In-depth understanding of migration challenges and mitigations• 5+ years of experience in Tableau /Power BI• Report creation for preparation of dashboards (via Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server & Power BI Desktop/Power BI Server)• Set up the permissions structure to work with site roles to make up a users access to the site and its content.• Configure security setting /updates for any tableau/Power BI upgrades.• Add sites and edit site settings/groups.• Create projects, move content from one project to another, assign permissions, change ownership of a content resource.• Manage Data source connectivity from Desktop/Server (ex: data Lake; Oracle Db)• Maintain storage space limits for content published by users.• Troubleshoot problems with Tableau/Power BI Server and provide quick resolution.• Administer content: Create projects, move content from one project to another, assign permissions, change ownership of a content resource, and so on.• View, manage, and manually run schedules for extract refreshes and subscriptions.• Add and manage site users/groups and additional advanced dashboard interactivity.• 3+ years of SQL/Oracle/Non structured database experienceTop 3 Required Skills• Tableau• Power BI• Tableau to Power BI report migration experienceDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
