Informatica EDC - axon

Master-Works is seeking a skilled Informatica EDC (Enterprise Data Catalog) and Axon Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Informatica EDC and Axon solutions, ensuring that our clients can effectively catalog, govern, and manage their data assets.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Informatica EDC and Axon solutions to meet client needs

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define metadata management processes and data governance policies

• Develop and maintain data catalogs, data lineage, and data quality metrics to enhance data discoverability and usability

• Conduct training sessions for users and stakeholders on the effective use of Informatica tools

• Monitor and optimize performance of EDC and Axon environments to ensure efficient operation

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to metadata and data governance applications

• Stay current with Informatica product updates and industry trends, recommending new features and enhancements as needed

• Document processes, workflows, and best practices to build a robust knowledge base for the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience working with Informatica EDC and Axon

• Strong understanding of data governance, data cataloging, and metadata management principles

• Experience with data integration and data quality tools is a plus

• Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of data modeling concepts

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with various stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and big data technologies is an asset
