The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000.00 to $168,000.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.

This role will have a direct impact on the business. In this role, you will manage a team of talented recruiters supporting the business. You will build upon our current programs and execute updated strategies to identify and attract diverse candidates, collaborate with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and division leaders on integrating inclusive hiring practices into our talent acquisition operations, to critically assess talent markets. Most importantly, you will measure the impact of sourcing methods in a rigorous, data-driven manner to drive recruiting process improvement.
You will work with key stakeholders to set strategy; create dynamic outreach opportunities; drive diversity, equity and inclusion in recruitment; build relationships with industry organizations and universities; pipeline internal talent; lead our recruitment team and ensure compliance with Affirmative Action obligations. This role will be a partner and a change management leader to hiring managers and HR.

Responsibilities
  • Develop best-in-class talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans by conducting regular reviews of departmental processes and procedures to ensure a streamlined and efficient recruiter, business partner, hiring manager, and an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Provide overall leadership for a team of TA professionals and act as a strong role model, providing mentorship and motivation for growth while driving a high level of performance against our hiring plans.
  • Influence and oversee employment branding initiatives, including social media campaigns (ex: LinkedIn).
  • Partner with the Head of Diversity & Sustainability to work with Senior Leadership and HR to champion, design and deliver strategies and programs within the Diversity & Sustainability Office.
  • Support talent initiatives such as internship, rotation, and mentoring programs in a global organization.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with organizational leadership and HR Business Partners to develop recruiting strategies and assess current and forecast future talent needs.
  • Understand and analyze internal & external workforce trends & data, provide insights, and recommended actions; present conclusions to pinpoint opportunities in a clear and concise matter.
  • Listen to voice-of-customer, analyze and act on business leader and employee feedback from surveys and other methods.
  • Oversee budget for talent acquisition related activities.
  • Manage TA vendors and contracts to support cost efficient and effective operations.
  • Accountable for Affirmative Action Plans and OFCCP compliance including outsourced analytics vendors, plan preparation and communications.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-7 Years Management experience
  • 2-3 Years’ experience managing a talent acquisition team
  • Experience developing and executing recruitment strategy from ad postings to onboarding
  • Experience with diversity recruitment, including developing and executing scalable recruiting strategies to attract and hire a diverse slate of candidates
  • Project Management skills/practical experience, pulling projects over the line
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendor agencies
  • Experience working with internal employee resource/network groups
  • Experience in creating a sourcing framework for mitigating bias in assessment
  • Strong experience with AAP and OFCCP compliance knowledge from experience as a government contractor
  • Proven experience in an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred)
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and business conditions while delivering results
  • Must demonstrate foresight of future implications of current decisions
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and recruitment events
Preferred Qualifications
  • Highly self-motivated and ability to work well with multiple stakeholders in various situations
  • Tolerance of ambiguity and the ability to demonstrate flexibility and judgment under pressure
  • Business acumen and desire to build relationships as a trusted advisor to key stake holders
