ID&E Specialist
The Inclusion, Diversity, & Equity Specialist manages large projects and processes relating to the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to support the organization's employees and managers. As a recognized subject matter expert in diversity, equity and inclusion, this job is responsible for delivering work focused on employment diversity regulations and activities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

Manages large projects and processes in support of diversity, equity and inclusion programs and delivery objectives in partnership with centers of excellence, human resources business partners, and other human resources professionals.
Works to ensure compliance with internal and external diversity, equity and inclusion policies, laws and regulations.
Contributes to compliance efforts and partners with human resources colleagues to investigate and address employee grievances.
Develops and implements diversity, equity and inclusion training in alignment with internal and external diversity, equity and inclusion policies, laws and regulations.
Coordinates compiling of reports and helps communicate diversity, equity and inclusion statistics to employees, organization leadership as well as public and government regulatory agencies.
Conducts processing of complaints and assists the organization's defense before administrative or judicial proceedings as needed.
Manages affirmative action planning.

Strong experience with affirmative action planning required. Past experience working with DCI as a vendor on affirmative action planning preferred.
Must have experience working directly with and contributing to the long-term success of Business Resource Groups (BRGs).
Experience with ID&E strategy and execution in the financial services industry preferred.

Base Pay Range: $121,900/yr. - $152,400/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
