Talent Attraction Sourcer

Sourcing Associate
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will provide research and recruiting support to Talent Attraction Advisors for roles across the enterprise. Supports all activities for the entire recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, presenting, etc.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Providing recruiting support to Talent Acquisition for all exempt and non-exempt positions.

  • Will manage strategic external sourcing.

  • Researching and sourcing candidates through advanced search techniques; generating recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends.

  • Coordinating all activities for organizational recruiting such as attending job fairs, placing ads, and performing initial interviews.

  • Assisting in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department.

  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Additional Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify qualified potential candidates using sourcing tools and techniques and conducts the initial screening of candidates
  • Create and send recruiting emails and communication
  • Interact and engage with potential candidates
  • Develop market maps from market research and data gathered to be shared with the recruiting team and hiring manager
  • Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Document data in CRM and leverages data to share insights
  • Track and measure passive candidate conversion rates
Required Experience:
  • 2+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience
Desired Experience:
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting asset management talent
  • Financial services recruiting experience
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates including Boolean search
  • Working knowledge of the industry
  • Strategic understanding of staffing tools and processes
Base Pay Range: $64,500/yr. - $107,500/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
