Divert has built a culture of innovation, empathy, and problem solving for our customers. For the continued success and growth of Divert, It is critical that our Customer Success Team become the comprehensive owner of the customer journey and translate the customer voice back to the company.
As a Customer Success Manager at Divert, you are the strategic and supportive partner for your customers at every stage in their buying and adoption process.
Each customer is at a different point in their journey, and as a Customer Success Manager you are responsible for creating, measuring, and delivering an individualized roadmap to success for each of your customers. You build trust through problem solving, advocacy, and your expertise in both their business operations and goals, as well as Divert’s solutions and solution roadmap. You identify new opportunities to expand Divert’s value proposition and meet our mission to Protect the Value of Food.
As a Customer Success Manager You Will
Communicate Divert’s mission & vision effectively to customers
Provide excellent– proactive when possible –customer service
Advocate for customers internally within Divert, be the Voice of the Customer
Drive renewals & maintain our record setting retention rate
Understand your customer’s current strategic plans and goals, and how they report on, and measure those efforts
Identify and address opportunities and risks at each customer
Keep a current map of all stakeholders at each of your customers. Understand internal relationships and dynamics. Continually deepen and expand strategic relationships at each of your customers
Onboard new customers in collaboration with the the Business Development team and Solutions partners
Advise customers on how to use our solutions according to our defined best practices
Enable customers to realize the value of our solutions through reporting and regular business reviews
Stay current on Divert’s products, product roadmap, competitive landscape, and trends
Upsell and cross sell existing products and services to drive revenue
Job Qualifications
Three or more years experience in Sales/Customer Success/Account Management or other related business function
Skilled at relationship building, with a passion for connecting with customers and driving value
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent ability to synthesize and analyze data, feedback and information to strategically prioritize actions and deliver outcomes
Highly organized, efficient and disciplined at documenting and tracking information
Strong execution skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects in cross-functional environments
