QA Engineer Test Automation

We are seeking experienced QA Engineer (Test Automation) for a critical project aimed at replacing the current reporting tool, WebFOCUS, within the FundsNetwork application. This role will contribute to the development of a new in-house reporting application. This role will contribute a new Invoice viewer application will be developed and integrated to existing FundsNetwork application that will enable them to view the list of invoices and select them to display a detailed view of the invoice.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for our new reporting and invoice viewer applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define test strategies.
  • Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure application functionality.
  • Participate in the design and development of test frameworks to improve testing processes.
  • Work closely with developers to resolve issues and improve application performance.
  • Ensure testing activities align with project timelines and deadlines.
  • Provide detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and recommendations for improvements.
  • Continuously enhance test automation practices and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

 

  • 6-10 years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation.
  • Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with reporting and invoice management applications is a plus.
