Senior Director, Product Management

That's where you come in!We are looking for an experienced Product leader with a history of unlocking growth to manage a portfolio of cybersecurity products. You will work closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful product launches. Additionally, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to evaluate customer insights and leverage market trends to shape the product roadmap.Eligible candidates have and can work successfully in a remote environment and are familiar with working in a fast-paced hyper-growth SaaS start-up. We believe diversity of experience and skills, including transferable skills, combined with passion is a key to innovation and excellence; therefore we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to our positions!In this role you will:• Serve as the primary leader responsible for the successful development and full lifecycle of products at DNSFilter.• Drive the development and execution of DNSFilter's product strategy.• Lead the product team to deliver innovative solutions tailored to the evolving needs of our customers.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure alignment and positive product experiences.• Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights and leverage market trends to inform and shape the product roadmap.• Work in close collaboration with an experienced SVP of Engineering and the CTO• Active participation in the executive leadership rituals that ensure we are measuring and managing the value we deliver in markets for which we have chosen to play.To qualify for this role you have:• Proven Track Record in SaaS Growth: demonstrated experience in leading a SaaS business to $100 million ARR and beyond.• Portfolio Strategy Experience: Experience with the expansion to multiple product offerings while still delivering a consistent portfolio experience.• B2B go-to-market experience: proven track record in growing a channel and/or managed service provider (MSP) strategies• Startup Experience: Demonstrated experience with high growth startups showcasing effectiveness as a product manager in an early-stage company• Proven experience in leading product full lifecycles (cradle to grave)• Experience and methodologies that facilitate the creation and measurement of value delivered to our target customers.• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring product teams.• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with senior leadership roles in Engineering, UI/UX, and Product Management.• Deep understanding of internet & cybersecurity technologies (ideally of DNS-layer security) and the ability to innovate in this domain.• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights and trends into actionable product strategies.• A highly data driven, (KPIs and Metrics first) mindset with proven ability to drive accountability through metrics across the teamBonus points for:• Prior experience in a company that has undergone rapid growth and scale ($50M through $100M), especially in the tech or security sectors.• Background in working with privacy-focused technologies, like VPNs.• Demonstrable success in product innovations and launches that have significantly impacted the market.U.S. hiring salary range$190,000—$205,000 USDWe Offer:• A 100% work-from-home position with a company that values and fosters personal and professional growth• Pathway to promotion to additional organizational positions and responsibilities based upon results and performance - not just time in the chair. The hiring base pay is dependent upon many factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and/or geographic location. As a fully remote company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets.
