That’s where you come in!We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Digital Marketing, Demand Gen, Operations to lead our digital, web, and marketing operations functions. As the VP of Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving our go-to-market strategies, enhancing our digital presence, and optimizing marketing operations to accelerate growth and brand leadership in the DNS filtering market.Eligible candidates have and can work successfully in a remote environment and are familiar with working in a fast-paced hyper-growth SaaS start-up. We believe diversity of experience and skills, including transferable skills, combined with passion is a key to innovation and excellence; therefore we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to our positions!In this role you will be responsible for these areas:Strategic Leadership• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with DNS Filter’s business objectives, focusing on digital channels, web presence, and operational excellence.• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.• Partner with cross-functional leaders, including Sales, Product, Business Ops, and Customer Success, to drive alignment and support the company’s growth goals.Digital Marketing• Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and paid media, ensuring they effectively drive demand generation and brand awareness.• Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize and refine strategies for maximum ROI.• Lead the development and execution of web strategies that enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and improve overall site performance.Web Presence• Manage DNS Filter’s website, ensuring it is a powerful tool for lead generation, customer engagement, and brand storytelling.• Drive continuous improvement of the website’s UX/UI design, ensuring it meets the needs of both prospects and existing customers.• Oversee web analytics and reporting, using insights to make data-driven decisions and enhance the overall web strategy.Marketing Operations• Oversee marketing operations, including the management of marketing technology stacks, automation tools, and CRM systems, ensuring they are effectively integrated and optimized to support the marketing team’s efforts.• Develop and implement processes that streamline marketing workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency across all marketing functions and campaigns.• Orchestrate the quarterly planning process across all marketing functions and activities• Design, implement, track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to report on marketing performance across all programs and activities, providing insights that guide decision-making and resource allocation.Brand Management• Strengthen and expand DNS Filter’s brand presence in the DNS filtering market through creative and impactful digital marketing campaigns.• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels and touchpoints.• Act as a brand ambassador, representing DNS Filter at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements.Budget Management• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives across all functions, programs, and campaigns.• Regularly review financial performance across all functions and activities and make adjustments as necessary to meet or exceed targets.To qualify for this role you have:• 12+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, web strategy, and marketing operations.• Proven track record of driving growth in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT infrastructure sectors.• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, web analytics, and marketing automation tools.• Strong leadership skills with a history of building and scaling high-performing teams.• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.U.S. hiring salary range$242,500—$285,500 USDWe Offer:• A 100% work-from-home position with a company that values and fosters personal and professional growth• Pathway to promotion to additional organizational positions and responsibilities based upon results and performance – not just time in the chair. The hiring base pay is dependent upon many factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and/or geographic location. As a fully remote company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets.
