About This Opportunity:
Department: Human Resources- Talent Development
Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)
Position type: Permanent, Full Time
Reports to: Director of Talent Development
The position is primarily responsible for talent development enablement by developing learning collateral and delivering âwowâ experiences for a performance-based culture.
Leveraging our talent development programs as well as new ones, enhancing workshop design, organizing content and materials, organizing talent development projects, and delivering occasional facilitation. Must have a demonstrated passion for learning and solid project management skills.
