Job Description

We’re looking for an Enterprise Client Executive to work with Doktortakvimi’s rapidly expanding network of hospitals, building strong business relationships by engaging directly with their management teams. This person will report to our Head of Customer Success. If you’re ready to make an impact in the healthcare industry, this role is for you!

Qualifications

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Customer Service.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Enjoy working with Excel and reports.

  • Confidence in planning and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication, empathy, and persuasion skills.

  • Previous sales experience.

  • A creative, energetic, and results-oriented work style.

  • Open to business travel
