The Document Specialist is responsible on giving the support to the Compliance Specialist for establishing and maintaining JLL and client policies and standards. ensuring that the work conducted by the team, and its subcontractors perform the work in full accordance with contractual requirements, client’s SOP’s, and FDA cGMP regulations.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide compliance assurance with JLL and regulatory requirements regarding to quality and regulatory agencies.
Support Project and Development Services (PDS) Staff in preparing for internal and external audits.
Provide construction and project Quality oversight.
Attend client project site quality meetings and account meetings.
Provide support on guidance and oversight of quality and compliance program.
Support facilities, utilities, and maintenance related nonconformance investigations, root cause analysis and CAPAs according to contractual terms.
Provide support in the project Quality Risk Assessments according to the JLL and client requirements.
Support on Generate/revise GMP/compliance documents to support CAPA, investigations or any other request as applicable and necessary.
Supporting on creating and revising quality/compliance documents such as construction plans, forms, and procedures on the supervision of the compliance specialist.
Provide support to ensure that the projects comply with the client change control process.
Support the Compliance Specialist on the Interface with the client’s quality personnel to ensure that all of the client’s SOP’s are followed, and that the work performed by the team is documented and recorded according to the regulatory and GMP requirements.
Report to the compliance Specialist any critical or major findings from walkthroughs, inspections and/or audits.
Seeks to continuously improve quality processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.
Support the Compliance Specialist to Write/revise/provide trainings to PDS personnel as necessary, including training coordination, follow up.
Helps to achieve the Quality key performance indicators and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.
Minimum Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, Administrate . An advanced degree is an advantage.
