Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doData Annotation Manager oversees the data annotation workforce, ensuring timely and accurate labeling of data to support machine learning and AI projects. This role involves managing a team of annotators, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining high standards of data quality and operational efficiency. Furthermore, this role involves collaborating closely with other AI product managers to develop a streamlined intake process for AI use cases.This position is a people manager role reporting to the Director, Product Management.Responsibility• Supervise, train and mentor a team of data annotators and acquisition specialists• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness• Oversee the data annotation process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality• Develop and implement annotation guidelines and best practices• Collaborate with other product managers, data scientists and engineers to understand project requirements and provide feedback on data needs• Collaborate proactively with cross-functional departments for project evaluation, resources coordination and subsequent works• Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall project goals• Collaborate with product management team to develop and execute strategy to source high quality datasets• Implement quality control measures to assess and enhance annotation accuracy• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to data annotation and AI• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation in data labeling and acquisition workflowsJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
