Product Manager – Strategic Partner Apps

If you have a passion for product management, a strategic mindset, and a strong understanding of partner ecosystems, we want to hear from you!Develop and execute a strategic plan for our partner apps and integrations, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.Research and analyze market trends and competition to identify potential partnership opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to develop and launch new partner apps and integrations.Manage the entire product lifecycle for partner apps, from ideation to launch and ongoing improvements.Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market research.Conduct regular meetings and communication with partners to understand their needs and gather feedback on our apps and integrations.Work with the product development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of partner app updates and new features.Monitor and report on the performance of partner apps and integrations, identifying areas for improvement and taking action to address any issues.Collaborate with the sales team to drive adoption of partner apps and integrations and support customer success.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential partnerships and keep our apps and integrations at the forefront of the market.Serve as the subject matter expert on partner apps and integrations, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners to foster collaboration and drive business growth.Monitor and report on key performance indicators for partner apps, providing regular updates and insights to leadership.Keep track of partner app contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.Continuously evaluate and improve our partner app strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.DocuSign is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
