As a member of our Engineering department, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. Join our team and be a part of revolutionizing the way businesses manage their contracts.Develop and maintain the back end of DocuSign's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in a timely manner.Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of the CLM platform.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and provide recommendations for their implementation.Participate in the full software development cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.Work closely with Product Management to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality software solutions within agreed-upon deadlines.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and procedures.Proactively identify and address potential security vulnerabilities within the CLM platform.Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure thorough testing and validation of all software changes.DocuSign is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
