What you'll do
As a Full stack Engineer in the Docusign platform team, you will be responsible for building foundational platform services, web-components and web-based tools for our next-generation agreement platform. Your solutions will be used by multiple Docusign product teams, partners and customers.
The successful candidate will have a strong product engineering background and proficiency in NodeJS or .NET. You are a hands-on technical person who will be responsible for issues related to product features, performance, speed, scale, security and accessibility.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager Engineering.
Responsibility
• Write high quality code in React, NodeJS, and/or C# .Net and other object-oriented languages that is easy to maintain and test
• Be data focused, everything we do is measured and used to ensure 5-9's availability and that we are solving the right problems
• Participate in an Agile environment using Scrum software development practices, automated unit testing, CI/CD, code reviews, version control systems (GIT)
• Work as part of a passionate, agile development team to deliver core platform features and engaging web user experiences
• Collaborate with product and x-teams within platform engineering to implement new features
• Work closely with engineers to identify test cases and devise efficient, scalable testing processes
• Raise issues proactively that might impact delivery commitments
• Diagnose and resolve production impacting issues and maintain the code as needed
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
• BS degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study
• 5+years of product development experience building large-scale web applications
• 3+ years of experience developing JavaScript web applications
Preferred
• Experience designing and developing highly scalable APIs and web applications, micro-services and micro-frontends
• Experience with full stack development, preferably in one or more of OO programming languages like C# or NodeJS
• Experience with Node.js and a passion for UI
• Experience working with remote teams professional experience with client-side frameworks, preferably React (React, Redux, Angular, or similar modern JS frameworks accepted)
• Experience with consuming and building RESTful web-services
• Experience with git, Kubernetes, Docker, continuous integration and deployment tools
• Experience working in an agile development environment
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $134,900 - $216,975 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
