Our Campaign Manager will be an integral part of our Marketing team in North America. This role is based remotely in North America, ideally in the east coast time zone.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking an energetic, experienced, data driven, Campaign Manager to join the Digital Marketing team who is familiar with B2B technology pipeline generation, Pardot as a marketing automation tool, A/B testing, Ideal Customer Profile, ABM, Segmentation, Persona-based marketing and integrated, multi-touch campaign develop with a proven record of delivering quality pipeline.
 
You are comfortable in Pardot, Wordpress, and general digital reporting tools and understand the customer lifecycle from lead to customer. You will be expected to configure list segmentations, create landing pages, build reports, analyze data and recommend improvements for campaigns. 
 
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, this position is responsible for new logo acquisition, cross-sell and up-sell programs to meet the growth objectives of the company, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and pipeline creation, along with nurture campaigns. The successful candidate constantly seeks to test new tactics and makes data driven decisions with a relentless focus on improving marketing performance and lead to revenue funnel metrics.
 
Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content by managing relationships with content creation agencies or freelancers.
    • Package marketing campaign assets so that multiple GTM teams are using a unified approach with the correct messaging, campaigns, etc.
    • Migrate current project management process from Asana to Jira
    • Own and project manage multiple marketing workstreams in Jira
  • Strategic Oversight of Email Marketing Communications:
    • Take ownership of the overall strategy, development, and execution of email marketing campaigns. Email campaigns are executed through our Marketing Ops team (Pardot) and our SDR team (Salesloft)
    • Ensure optimization of lead nurturing and lead scoring within email marketing efforts to cultivate qualified sales leads and elevate brand awareness.
  • Campaign Framework, Execution and Analysis:
    • Act with urgency to design and implement comprehensive campaign frameworks, focusing on nurturing streams, new logo acquisition, and customer growth.
    • Collaborate with various teams to support the launch and optimization of effective, scalable campaigns.
    • Collaborate with our Marketing Operations team to understand how campaigns are performing holistically and ultimately provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support:
    • Support campaign execution and optimization efforts across various functions.
    • Serve as a collaborative team player, coordinating with multiple functions and geographies.
    • Leverage and test new AI marketing tools for efficiency, content creation, and value add to the wider marketing team
 
Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B technology or software demand generation, with a preference for SaaS experience.
    • Hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, landing page creation, testing, media placement, and tracking.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of both inbound and targeted outbound marketing.
    • Proficiency in using Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) or similar marketing automation tools.
    • Proven ability to strategize and implement high-level marketing initiatives.
  • Analytical and Collaborative Abilities:
    • Capable of monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance.
    • Detail-oriented with an ability to see the “bigger picture” and manage both short and long-term goals.
    • Proven capability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Ethic:
    • Acts with a sense of urgency and accountability.
    • Relies on designated team members (e.g., Marketing Analyst for data-related tasks) to ensure streamlined operations and focus on strategic aspects of email marketing communications.
