As a Customer Service Rep at our Quakertown, PA location, you'll be the friendly face our customers rely on! This role is all about ensuring a top-notch experience whenever someone walks through our doors or places an order over the phone. Your day will be filled with operating various equipment, stocking ingredients, and preparing our delicious products with precision. You'll also get to showcase your excellent communication skills by processing telephone orders and assisting in-person customers with their needs. Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with all the specifics right away; we provide thorough training and orientation to help you feel comfortable in your new role. You'll be taking inventory, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring our facility stays clean. We need someone who can handle cash accurately and has the resourcefulness to work with our point of sale systems.
