DoorDash is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Retention Marketing to join our growing team. As the Manager of Retention Marketing for our DashPass program, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to retain and engage our valued members. The Manager of Retention Marketing will use this information to inform their strategies and make data-backed decisions.Manage retention campaigns: The Manager of Retention Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of retention campaigns. This includes creating campaign briefs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring campaign performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This role will involve working closely with teams such as product, customer service, and data analytics to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to customer retention. The Manager of Retention Marketing will need to effectively communicate and collaborate with these teams to achieve shared goals.Monitor and report on retention metrics: The Manager of Retention Marketing will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key retention metrics such as churn rate, member engagement, and customer lifetime value. They will use this data to evaluate the success of retention strategies and make recommendations for improvement.Stay informed on industry trends: It is important for the Manager of Retention Marketing to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention. This will allow them to continuously improve and innovate in their role.Train and mentor team members: As a manager, this individual will be responsible for training and mentoring their team members. This includes providing guidance, feedback, and support to help team members grow and succeed in their roles.Budget management: The Manager of Retention Marketing will be responsible for managing the budget allocated for retention efforts.
