By adopting a merchant-and-consumer-centric mindset toward the DoorDash menu experience, the Menu Health team utilizes menu data in order to identify, prioritize, and resolve menu errors that would otherwise negatively impact the merchant and/or consumer experience. Our aim is to identify scalable menu optimizations, facilitate a successful experience for both Merchants and Consumers on the platform, and positively drive menu conversion.
Our work is sourced through written customer feedback, as well as through output generated through various MODE/SQL queries.
As a Technical Specialist on the Menu Health team, you will use your technical expertise to ensure that our team’s data is accurate and complete. Additionally, you will assist in synthesizing data trends (both independently and at the direction of leadership) to contribute to the body of knowledge about menu structure and behavior.
As you maintain the performance of existing team queries, build new queries, and troubleshoot and improve team queries as needed, you will gain familiarity with both our Core Team and cross-functional initiatives that provide a unique opportunity to make an impact through your work.
You will report into the Merchant Services Supervisor on our Menu Health team in our Merchant Services organization. Once our offices reopen, we expect this role to be hybrid, with some time in-office and some time remote.
At DoorDash, our mission to empower local economies shapes how our team members move quickly, learn, and reiterate in order to make impactful decisions that display empathy for our range of users—from Dashers to merchant partners to consumers. We are a technology and logistics company that started with door-to-door delivery, and we are looking for team members who can help us go from a company that is known for delivering food to a company that people turn to for any and all goods.
DoorDash is growing rapidly and changing constantly, which gives our team members the opportunity to share their unique perspectives, solve new challenges, and own their careers. We're committed to supporting employees’ happiness, healthiness, and overall well-being by providing comprehensive benefits and perks including premium healthcare, wellness expense reimbursement, paid parental leave and more.
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
