Staff Product Designer, Merchant Onboarding

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Staff Product Designer to join our Merchant Onboarding team at DoorDash. As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in the design of our Merchant Onboarding platform. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be an experienced product designer with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both the design and engineering... teams. You’ll need to have an eye for detail, have a passion for understanding the user’s needs and be able to take initiative and drive projects to completion.You’ll be a part of a highly-skilled team in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Your design solutions will be a part of the platform that enables merchants to join DoorDash and easily manage their business. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about design, has a deep understanding of user experience and can help us create a seamless onboarding process. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop creative and user-friendly designs for the Merchant Onboarding platform • Develop detailed user experience designs, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes • Create user flows and workflows to ensure a seamless onboarding process • Utilize user research and data to inform design decisions • Ensure designs adhere to branding guidelines • Troubleshoot and resolve design issues • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders DoorDash is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
