Shift Lead - Wellswood

DoorDash's DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment. The ideal candidate will take ownership of shifts and ensure high-quality delivery services.

Skills

Proven experience in food and beverage or retail environments.
Ability to lift heavy products up to 50 lbs.
Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of assigned shifts and maintain accountability for operations.
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate effectively.
Lead Operations Associates and manage warehouse and kitchen activities.
Contribute ideas for operational improvements.

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
College diploma preferred but not required.
