How you will contribute to EveryPay's vision

We are seeking an experienced Card Payment Specialist to oversee day-to-day payment operations and ensure the seamless functioning of our products. As a key member of our talented Operations team, you will be crucial in optimizing operational procedures, driving innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What will you be doing:

  • Monitor daily activity on the payment network
  • Process requests and early warning alerts to ensure healthy transactions and effective risk management
  • Collaborate with the development team to enhance tools, automate routine tasks, and address recurring issues
  • Take ownership of payment issues, troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payment workflows, resolve operational issues promptly, optimize operational procedures and improve overall operational effectiveness
  • Perform other related duties to contribute to the mission of the organization

We will appreciate if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in payments operations management, particularly in a Card acquiring and issuing environments
  • Familiarity with Core Banking Systems and expertise in digital wallet management and card issuing with Card Schemes
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in digital wallet management and card issuing within the fintech sector will be considered as a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and performance benchmarks in payments operations will be considered as a plus
  • Previous success in managing financial reports and settlement processes with partners will be considered as a plus
