We’re looking for a skilled and technically proficient Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in optimizing our revenue operations across marketing, sales, and customer success by leveraging HubSpot and other key tools to enhance our lifecycle, retention, and growth strategies.

Role Overview:

The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for the technical setup, customization, and management of HubSpot, ensuring that it serves as a central hub for our marketing, sales, and customer success teams. This individual will be a HubSpot super-user, leading the customization of lifecycle stages, creating automated workflows, and integrating other business tools to provide a comprehensive view of our pipeline—from lead acquisition to customer retention. Additionally, this role will involve training team members on best practices, ensuring data integrity, and driving insights to optimize dopay’s revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Management & Optimization

  • Act as the primary HubSpot administrator, responsible for the initial setup, ongoing customization, and optimization to support marketing, sales, and customer success needs.
  • Customize lifecycle stages, build automated workflows, and set up triggers that align with dopay’s customer journey, ensuring seamless transitions between stages.
  • Implement dashboards and reporting tools within HubSpot to monitor performance across the pipeline, track lifecycle stages, and measure progress against revenue goals.

Technical Support & Integration

  • Integrate HubSpot with other business tools, including CRM, marketing automation, ticketing, and customer success platforms, to create a unified data ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure full visibility of customer interactions and engagement, enabling a 360-degree view of the pipeline from lead generation to retention.
  • Support data hygiene initiatives to maintain data accuracy and consistency within HubSpot and across integrated systems.

Training & Enablement

  • Develop and deliver training programs for the marketing, sales, and customer success teams, empowering them to use HubSpot effectively for their specific needs.
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to ensure proper usage of HubSpot and other integrated tools.
  • Act as a go-to resource for troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to team members.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze lifecycle stages, sales funnels, and customer data within HubSpot to identify trends, optimize performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with revenue-generating teams to develop actionable insights that support targeted marketing campaigns, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer retention.
  • Regularly monitor and report on key metrics, such as lead conversion, pipeline velocity, and customer retention, providing insights that drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations, with a strong focus on HubSpot administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customizing HubSpot, building lifecycle stages, creating workflows, and setting up automated triggers.
  • Technical skills to integrate HubSpot with other platforms and tools, enabling a unified, data-driven approach to customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and deriving insights that inform strategy and drive business growth.
  • Excellent training and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical team members.
  • Experience working collaboratively across marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align operations with strategic goals.
