Channeling your inner grit will accelerate your growth, help us win as a team, and create unforgettable moments for our customers.The Crown Is YoursAs a Senior Manager of Network Operations, you'll design, build, and support our hybrid physical and cloud networking infrastructure.You'll drive automation with tools like Terraform and Ansible, develop metrics to measure system performance and implement best practices.In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally and lead a global team while solving challenging problems to ensure high platform uptime and availability.What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, Network OperationsDevelop and maintain our hybrid physical and cloud networking infrastructure.Drive automation through tools such as Terraform and Ansible.Develop key operational metrics to measure system performance and implement best practices.Lead, manage, and empower your global team to understand new technologies and engineer integrations between systems.Solve difficult challenges while providing high-level platform uptime and availability.What you’ll bringAt least 5 years of professional experience in network management with a minimum of 3 years leading teams.A minimum of 5 years of Network administration experience in both on-prem and cloud networking environments; experience with AWS or GCP is a plus.Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Powershell.Ability to configure NGFW policy such as the Fortinet and Sonicwall NSa platforms.Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Cloudwatch, or LogicMonitor.Ability to work with IAAS solutions to increase the level of automation.Knowledge of Terraform, Bitbucket, IaC, and GitOps methodology.LI-BF1Join Our TeamDon’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,400.00 - $249,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
