The Inclusion, Equity & Belonging (IEB) Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic support and guidance to senior managers of business functions at DraftKings. They collaborate with business leaders to define, develop, and drive the IEB strategy and action plans.
As an IEB Business Partner supporting the Customer Services (CX) and various Operations functions, you will collaborate with other HR team members dedicated to these functions. You will design holistic approaches to implement IEB initiatives that support the cultural and business objectives of the functions. Reporting to the VP of IEB, you will be part of a larger team that serves as a centralized resource for the entire organization, including other IEB Business Partners, IEB Program Managers and Business Resource Group (BRG) leaders.
Develop and operationalize diversity and inclusion (D&I) action plans for CX and Ops functions
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to align on a unified talent strategy that properly integrates diversity, equity & inclusion
Provide support to managers on matters related to diversity, inclusion, equity & belonging
Act as an advisor and partner with Employee Relations to address and resolve employee complaints
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute D&I initiatives that align with business objectives and goals
Coordinate and assist in the planning of function-level events and trainings that promote D&I, while ensuring relevance to the day-to-day work of function employees
Evaluate and assess CX and Ops workforce data and develop reports that monitor progress towards D&I goals
Work with other IEB Business Partners to share best practices and collaborate on larger enterprise-wide initiatives
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a diversity & inclusion (D&I) generalist, D&I business partner, D&I program/project manager and/or human resources generalist with demonstrated D&I experience is required
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or other program(s) that have an alignment with organizational effectiveness is required
Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, consulting, influencing and leadership skills
Ability to effectively collaborate and influence teams in a globally matrixed organization
Experience working with, leading and/or supporting diversity-based communities, including, but not limited to, industry associations, charity organizations, and/or employee/business resource groups
Experience supporting customer service organizations is preferred

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000.00 - $132,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
