Description Drata is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to join the growing marketing team.This person will be a key member of the leadership of the growing marketing team of one of the fastest growing, B2B SaaS startups ever to achieve unicorn status. We're looking for someone who identifies as a 'doer' and is comfortable working cross-functionally and externally to build Drata's demand generation and growth function. We pride ourselves in our ability to move quickly and get the job done, and are committed to making sure every team member is set up to exceed expectations and learn and grow in their role. This role will report to Drata's Senior Director of Marketing in the immediate, but will work cross-functionally on all teams, with a particular focus on sales. We look at qualified pipeline as our north star and marketing, sales & even CS work cross functionally to achieve that. We are looking for someone who can drive a culture of testing and experimentation, and continuous learning. What you'll do:Lead a team of professionals to successfully develop a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy. Design and execute, end-to-end marketing campaigns that deliver results measured measured in pipeline. We prioritize quality over quantity. Manage team to marketing campaigns and funnels through paid media, email, and other touch points Manage external agency relationships for paid media, creative, etc. Work with content to plan and develop and operationalize marketing programs (e.g. webinars, campaigns, social posts etc) that generate brand awareness and qualified pipeline Own budget, metrics and foster an understanding of our efforts through great internal reporting and sharing of results. Manage our marketing tech stack (Zoominfo, HubSpot, Salesforce) analytics infrastructure, and attribution model. Develop reporting on key demand gen KPIs, track progress vs goals, and ensure we have strong insights into performance and trends. Partner closely with our sales and customer experience leadership team to ensure deep alignment across marketing, sales, sales ops, and solutions engineering. Requirements What you'll bring:You have 8years of experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, and product marketing experience; deep understanding of SaaS landscape Experience working in a start up environment SaaS experience in Marketing, Customer Success or Product; experience working directly with customers; understanding of key SaaS metrics required. Deep understanding of paid media, CRM, marketing automation tools, email best practices, and other marketing functions and tooling; familiarity with leveraging customer data platforms B2B multi-channel demand generation experience, including some combination of digital advertising, events, content syndication, social media, webinars hosted by trusted third parties, and email marketing Must be motivated by working with awesome people, and dedicated to helping take Drata to the next level Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment Benefits Benefits & Perks Health & Wellness:100% coverage for medical, dental, and vision - including dependents!
