Dreamstyle Remodeling Inc. is seeking licensed window and door contractors to join our team. As the nation’s number one remodeling company by sales, we have more work than we can currently install. We are looking for skilled tradespeople like you to meet our growing demand for quality installations.

What we offer:

• Competitive compensation – Earn between $150,000 to $250,000 per year, based on your speed, experience, and the volume of work completed. You will be compensated per project, so the more you install, the more you earn.
• Steady, year-round work – With projects scheduled 2-6 weeks in advance, you'll have ample time to plan and prepare, ensuring consistent income across all seasons.
• No lead generation costs – We handle marketing, sales, and customer acquisition, so you can focus solely on delivering high-quality installations.
• Comprehensive support – Receive in-field management and assistance on every job, ensuring that you have everything you need to succeed.
• All required materials provided – We supply all materials for each job, so you won’t have to make additional trips to the hardware store.
• No administrative hassle – We manage customer communications, invoicing, and collections, allowing you to focus on the installation.

What we need from you:

• Experience – Strong working experience in window and door retrofits.
• Tools & Equipment – Your own truck, tools (including a Metal Break), and preferably a trailer and window rack.
• Licenses & Insurance – A General Contractor's License, General Liability Insurance, and a Bond are required.
• Reliability & Commitment – A strong commitment to delivering top-notch work and customer service, ensuring 5-star reviews.
• Independent work ethic – As a 1099 contractor, you’ll manage your own schedule, but you’ll have the support of a trusted team behind you.

Responsibilities:

• Introduce yourself to customers and explain the services you'll be performing.
• Receive, inspect, and transport materials to the customer’s home.
• Carry out installations of retrofit windows, doors, and related hardware.
• Ensure all work is completed according to customer expectations and job specifications.
• Manage the project from start to finish, including documentation, collecting final payments, and submitting invoices.
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience to earn positive reviews and repeat business.
