As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in the expansion and success of Drivetrain. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, programs, and initiatives to support our exceptional team in this role. You will contribute to our overall mission of revolutionising the SaaS industry through cutting-edge technology by nurturing a positive work environment, facilitating talent management, and encouraging employee engagement.


Principal Responsibility:


Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner on all HR-related matters to the executive team, managers, and employees, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local laws and regulations, fostering a culture of fairness, inclusion, and employee well-being.

Manage the employee lifecycle, including performance management, talent development, and offboarding.

To attract top-tier talent, collaborate with recruiting managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and conduct compelling interviews.

Provide direction and assistance to managers regarding performance management and employee development initiatives, such as counselling, feedback, and career progression planning.

Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, instituting innovative programs to improve job satisfaction and foster a positive work environment.

Build a high-performing workforce by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify learning and development requirements, design training programs, and coordinate their delivery.

Support compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and equitable compensation structures.

Focus on employee satisfaction and organisational values while proactively addressing employee relations concerns, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.

Maintain a current understanding of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in order to enhance HR policies and procedures continuously.


Qualifications:


A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferable.

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable capacity within the technology sector, preferably in a startup environment.

Extensive familiarity with HR practices, policies, and employment laws and experience devising and implementing HR initiatives.

Ability to establish productive relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all organisational levels.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.

Designing and delivering training programs is a benefit.

Capacity to maintain secrecy and handle sensitive information with discretion.
