Manages necessary repairs and monitors preventive maintenance procedures. Trains property maintenance personnel to maintain property.GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:Requires general knowledge of building maintenance principles and practices. Requires skill and ability to repair complex heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems. Requires ability to evaluate building problems and recommend solutions to include cost estimates for the repair. Requires ability to communicate clearly with the managers and other hotel staff.
