  • Improve design processes to optimize collaboration and delivery across teams

What you need to have:
  • 5+ years of experience designing user experiences, ideally for B2B SaaS products.
  • You have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, mobile and responsive design, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • You are proficient in user research techniques, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Your portfolio showcases exceptional craft and execution, with meticulous attention to detail and a relentless focus on simplicity.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, balancing user needs with business objectives effectively.
  • You have a solid, foundational understanding of the technologies that drive your design ideas.
  • You possess expert-level proficiency in Figma, are adept at creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes for usability testing and design reviews.
  • You’re an exceptional presenter. You effectively communicate ideas, rationale, and trade-offs tailored to diverse audiences.
  • You are a systems thinker who excels at designing within complex ecosystems, ensuring cohesive and consistent user experiences across all components.
  • You are action-oriented with a positive, solutions-driven mindset.

Of course, what is outlined above is an ideal set of expectations, but things may shift based on business needs, and other projects and tasks could be added at the discretion of your manager.
