The Transport & Distribution (T&D) Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the transportation and distribution operations within the supply chain. This role involves collecting and interpreting data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebratedYour key responsibilitiesYour key responsibilities• Create and manage all necessary international shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations, ensuring compliance with regulations• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, transportation costs, and service levels.• Evaluate current transportation and distribution processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs• Conduct root cause analysis of transportation and distribution issues and develop action plans to address them• Monitor and evaluate the performance of transportation vendors and carriers, and assist in negotiating contracts and service agreements with logistics providers• Ensure adherence to all management systems including, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and FSSC 22000, with an understanding of Firmenich’s Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.We bring• We offer competitive pay, career growth opportunities, and outstanding benefit programs• The ability to be a part of a highly creative and imaginative team in an incredibly competitive and inspiring industry• A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset• The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is much more than a claim and is core to our strategy and purpose• An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future• A fast-paced environment surrounded by some of the biggest talents and brands in the flavor industriesYou bring• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation and distribution analysis or a related role• Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).• Relevant certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD) are preferred• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.#ext#LI-DNI
