About The Role:
As an Accounting Executive at Dsquares, you will be responsible for supporting the daily financial operations of the company. You will work closely with the accounting team to handle financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial reporting. This role will also involve collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Process invoices and expenses.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and documents.
  • Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices.

Required Skills &Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
