About The Role:

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for our AI-loyalty programs and digital ordering systems. Your ability to build relationships and effectively communicate the value of our solutions will be key to driving business growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients for AI-loyalty programs and digital ordering systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Actively engage with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Present product demonstrations and pitch the benefits of our digital solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to effectively position our products.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and lead follow-up.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product team to refine offerings based on client feedback.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product value to diverse clients.
  • Proactive attitude with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with digital solutions, SaaS products, or technology services is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
