We are seeking a dynamic DTC Customer Success Manager with experience in ecommerce brands. This role requires excellent client communication skills, collaboration with freelancers, and the ability to manage client onboarding and job postings for our agencies and ecommerce brands. The position is available for 20 to 40 hours per week, requiring proficiency in English and familiarity with tools like Slack and Airtable. The role is retainer-based, with payment ranging from $1000 to $3000, and operates within the CET timezone. Candidates should be at a mid-level proficiency and have experience with Shopify. These are not the exact job specifics; the criteria can be negotiated upon directly with the client in the interview.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients and manage their expectations.
  • Collaborate with freelancers and coordinate their activities.
  • Book freelancers and manage interview schedules.
  • Onboard clients and candidates.
  • Post DTC jobs for agencies and ecommerce brands.
  • Utilize tools like Slack and Airtable for efficient workflow management.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in ecommerce or DTC environments.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using Slack, Airtable, and Shopify.
  • Ability to work within the CET timezone.
  • Experience in client onboarding and job posting.

Nice to Haves:

  • Previous experience working with ecommerce brands.
  • Familiarity with other project management and communication tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and freelancers simultaneously.
