What you will do:
1. Complete all administrative activities connected with customer account set-up and maintenance
2. Respond to customer inquiries including pricing of products and services, delivery requests and issue resolution
3. Build relationships with customers and promote PSS products and services to grow sales and increase the volume of customers’ purchases
4. Facilitate warranty claims with both customers and vendors
5. Communicate with the PSS sales and management teams to make leadership aware of customer concerns and issues
6. Complete PSS warehouse activities (e.g., package and ship orders, receive and inspect inventory, products) as necessary to support timely delivery of goods
7. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
8. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
