- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer retention strategy, including LTV optimization, user experience enhancement, and customer journey mapping
- Oversee retention marketing efforts, including email marketing and loyalty program management
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improving retention and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of retention initiatives with overall business goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retention and loyalty programs
- Proven experience in retention marketing and customer loyalty program management, preferably in the DTC or subscription industry
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation, with a focus on driving customer lifetime value
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a part-time, freelance capacity, with availability for 20 hours per week in the CET timezone
- Familiarity with e-commerce and direct-to-consumer business models, with a track record of driving retention and loyalty in these contexts
